Staff/Experience

Tri-Starr has over 30 years of combined security industry experience. Our management team consists of previous law enforcement, investigators, security executives and consultants.

We feel strongly that our core foundation and growth was built on our officers, our management, our responsiveness/availability and the vast resources of our corporate partners (DSI and GRG).

Philosophy/Training

Our core foundation and strength comes from our management and responsiveness (how we handle and how fast we handle a situation). The officers we hire receive exceptional training (state mandated, site specific and customer specific) and are given the necessary tools to be able to identify, assess and respond to hazards and concerns. We hold them accountable and responsible for the accounts people/property that they protect. This type of atmosphere breeds confidence and a personal level of pride in our officers. They are allowed to “think outside the box” regarding security and instills in them the need to go above and beyond the call of duty. In addition, we provide 24 hour customer service and 24 hour access to multiple levels of management, up to and including the President/Owner of Tri-Starr, Rodger Rehorn.

Prior to placing an officer at your site, Tri-Starr will do an in-depth security analysis and develop a customized, site specific security program. We will make recommendations regarding security deficiencies and suggested improvements. We will develop post orders with specific duties, emergency procedures, client contacts, etc. The post orders will be reviewed and revised on a regular basis. In conjunction with the client’s current procedures, routine emergency response drills and exercises will be conducted. Our Field Managers, as well as Corporate Managers, will routinely visit each site to ensure the standard operating procedures and post orders are being strictly adhered to. Additionally, those Managers will hold regularly scheduled meetings with the Client for feedback and input.
