Rodger Rehorn, CFE is President and CEO of the Global Security Group, a management company for Tri-Starr Investigations, Inc., Database Systems International, Inc. and Global Resource Group, Inc.. Drawing on his over 30 years of Police, Military and private sector experience, Mr. Rehorn’s three business units encompass three main phases to asset management: pre-employment screenings, monitoring present employment through GPS, and should it be necessary, investigations post-employment.
Mr. Rehorn, a Certified Fraud Examiner, started Tri-Starr Investigations, Inc. in 1986, a full service investigative company specializing in white collar crime investigations.
In 1991, Mr. Rehorn created Database Systems International, Inc. (DSI). DSI provides a broad range of pre-employment background screening services for clients throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
In 2002, Mr. Rehorn launched the Global Resource Group, Inc. (GRG). GRG is a specialized company which delivers state-of-the art training, advice and technology in Global Positioning Satellites. GRG is a leader in GPS technology for individuals and companies with fleet vehicles. Additionally, GRG provides video security and access control systems.

Michael S. Vogt, CFE, CFI is Vice President of the Global Security Group, a management company for Tri-Starr Investigations, Inc., Database Systems International, Inc. and Global Resource Group, Inc.. Mr. Vogt is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) with over 30 years of investigative experience. He has served as a law enforcement investigator and supervisor at both the state and local levels. He is currently the Executive Vice President of the Global Security Group, a management company for Tri-Starr Investigations, Database Systems International and The Global Resource Group with direct responsibility for the provision of technology solutions to corporations and public safety agencies.
Mr. Vogt has been involved with insurance Special Investigations Units with three very large national Property and Casualty insurers. He has served as a Regional SIU Manager and was the National Manager of the Fire/Explosion Unit for USF&G.
Mr. Vogt has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally at industry seminars and at other insurance companies on the topics of insurance fraud, arson and investigations. He is also the author of numerous fraud training manuals, fraud plans, pro-active fraud programs and several publications.
Mr. Vogt is an adjunct instructor for the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) and for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Classes taught include Major Case Management, Investigative Technology and Advanced Fire Investigation. He has been a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators Fire Investigators Professional Standards Committee (FISC) from 1995 to 2000.

Celeste Wendel is Vice President of Tri-Starr Investigations and Security. As Vice President, Celeste is responsible for overseeing operations, financial performance, business development and marketing for the entire company including implementation of the Security Division.
Celeste has been involved in the Security Industry for several years. Prior to joining Tri-Starr, Celeste was Vice President of Operations for one of the top five security companies in Atlanta with more than 800 employees and over 12,000 hours. She is a member of ASIS International and actively participates in the Atlanta Chapter, including annual involvement on the committee for ASIS sponsored Law Enforcement Appreciation Day recognizing the efforts and collaboration between our local law enforcement and the corporate community.
